Camp Fair is your yearly opportunity to market your program to local families looking to plan their kids’ summers!

Pack your bags and get ready for some summer fun—Central California Parent is sponsoring the 30th Annual Camp Fair ‘24 on Saturday, April 13th, 2024 from 12–4 p.m. at Campus Pointe at Fresno State (3090 E. Campus Pointe Drive, Fresno, 93710.) This showcase of sleep-away camps, local camps, and enrichment programs offers you a chance to get a jump on summer registration. Share your program’s unique qualities and interact with hundreds of potential campers and their parents! You can hand out camp literature as well as make presentations on all of your camp’s benefits.

Best of all, you will be there personally to enthuse parents and kids about what a wonderful experience your summer camp will be. We are certain you’ll convince lots of new campers to pack their bags and head for the fun!

Camp Fair ‘24 will be promoted in the digital and print issues of Central California Parent Magazine—a trusted resource to parents in the Central Valley. Camp Fair will also be promoted on our social media platforms, in our Family E-Newsletters, distributed school flyers, digital advertisements, community notifications, and more!

(Traditionally Camp Fair has been focused on summer camps. However, this year, we are broadening our scope to include a diverse range of vendors and businesses! Even if you aren’t offering summer programs, we’d like to invite you to connect with the community and promote your products or services to engaged parents.)

Vendor Registration is Closed

Camp Fair fee is $150 for an 8′ x 8′ space or $200 for an 8′ x 8′ space, 6′ table, 2 chairs, table and chair set-up and breakdown. After you submit this form you’ll receive an invoice to the email you provided. You can pay online with a card or by mailing a check. Registration for vendors is now closed. If you’d like to attend Camp Fair as a vendor, please email ccparent@ccparent.com to see if there is any available space.

Campus Pointe at Fresno State is located at 3090 E. Campus Pointe Drive in Fresno. Parking and admission are both free! Park in the southeast parking lot.
