Camp Fair is your yearly opportunity to market your program to local families looking to plan their kids’ summers!

Pack your bags and get ready for some summer fun—Central California Parent is hosting the 31st Annual Camp Fair ‘25 on Saturday, March 29th, 2025 from 12–4 p.m. at Campus Pointe at Fresno State (3090 E. Campus Pointe Drive, Fresno, 93710). This showcase of sleep-away camps, local camps, and enrichment programs offers you a chance to get a jump on summer registration. Share your program’s unique qualities and interact with hundreds of potential campers and their parents! You can hand out camp literature as well as make presentations on all of your camp’s benefits.

Best of all, you will be there personally to enthuse parents and kids about what a wonderful experience your summer camp will be. We are certain you’ll convince lots of new campers to pack their bags and head for the fun!

Camp Fair ‘25 will be promoted in the digital and print issues of Central California Parent magazine—a trusted resource to parents in the Central Valley. Camp Fair will also be promoted on our social media platforms, in our Family E-Newsletters, distributed school flyers, digital advertisements, community notifications, and more!

In addition to Camp Fair, reach local parents in print! Take advantage of our special summer ad pricing and $1/word listings to market your program in our print and digital issues all summer long.

(Traditionally Camp Fair has been focused on summer camps. However, we are broadening our scope to include a diverse range of vendors and businesses! Even if you aren’t offering summer programs, we’d like to invite you to connect with the community and promote your products or services to engaged parents.)

Vendor Registration

Camp Fair fee is $150 for an 8′ x 8′ space or $200 for an 8′ x 8′ space, 6′ table, 2 chairs, and table and chair set-up and breakdown. After you submit this form you’ll receive an invoice to the email you provided. You can pay online with a card or by mailing a check. Payment is due before March 29th, 2025. This registration form will close once space is all booked.

(Table and chair rentals are all booked up.)
