If you or your kids are new to the sport of fishing and not sure if you’ll enjoy it, a great opportunity awaits! On September 5th, you can fish without a sport fishing license. Free Fishing Days provide a fun, low-cost way to give fishing a try—and who knows, you might just discover your family’s new favorite hobby! Kids can learn patience, enjoy some time outdoors, and, with a little luck, maybe even reel in dinner! Never fished before? No problem!
